I'm a product design leader and co-founder. My core is design leadership — I set the vision, frame the problem, and raise the craft bar, then lead designers to execute and extend the work. As a co-founder and fractional CPO, that leadership extends into product direction: I own roadmap, ratify decisions, and hold every choice to a revenue, engagement, and retention test.
My career has focused on translating early product vision into structured architecture that scales.
